I couldn't eat a steak by myself. But the portion is pretty big. Talk about a hidden gem; this steak house is located in the same building as a liquor store and does not look like your average steak house! I enjoyed the food and the vibes here.

The bone-in 20-ounce Porterhouse steak is charbroiled to perfection with just enough marbling for flavor. Unless otherwise requested, each steak is prepared with Seasonall, an all-purpose seasoning (no MSG) used liberally. An excellent alternative is asking for salt, pepper and garlic on each side of your steak. While on the grill, the chef will also brush on some melted butter. Received amazing service and the charbroiled NY Strip was the best. Had the perfect amount of char and seasoning.

I searched all over the city for an amazing steak. I heard about this place from asking people where to go so that i could take my boss when he came into town. At first, looking at it was not what i expected but that did not intimidate me. We stopped in and the host was very friendly and shared some conversation while we stood in the long line waiting to be seated. This was exciting, this place must be good!

We had to wait 45 minutes for a table of 5. This is definitely not the kind of place to go if you want a quiet, romantic dinner; but if you want to share your birthday with half of ABQ this definitely is near the top of the list. I especially was impressed with the customer service. They didn't miss a beat and did it with a smile. As of today there are 387 reviews . I guess the .5 star folks were looking for "quiet and romantic".

15 minutes later, what do you know, they bring my friend... And it didn't even have salmon, it had shrimp! So we corrected the server and said, no we said the salmon dinner. She proceeded to argue with us saying we ordered surf and turf... Nobody ever said surf and turf!
